Deliveries & Returns

BSB Workwear only deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. The Channel Islands ,Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Scottish Isles will have a delivery surcharge, please call 016668 212 158 for a quotation prior to ordering through the website. We aim to despatch your order to you as quickly as possible. Blank ( items with no application of embroidery or print) are generally delivered next day*. You should receive your order with applications to within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your order request. For goods that are on back order, we will email or phone with your expected delivery date. Alternatively, where possible, we will offer you a more expensive product that is in stock, at no additional cost to yourself. Please note that if you add special instructions to your order indicating that you would like the delivery to be left outside your property - this is at your own risk, and not the responsibility of ourselves or our 3rd party courier service company.


UK Delivery costs

 

When you add a product to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout the delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you proceed to pay for your order. The delivery charges are based on the value of the items that you order. The delivery cost includes our costs in selecting, packing and posting your order.



No quibble guarantee on returned goods

 

Our aim at BSB Workwear is to achieve total customer satisfaction with the service and quality of our goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please return the goods within 14 days to: BSB Workwear, Returns Department, Unit1A Belford Industrial Estate, Belford, Northumberland,NE70 7DT.

We will refund the product purchase cost only, ( not including your original postage costs) applicable to all returns. Note, this includes the ordering of wrong size, style & colour preferences on blank garments ( not personalised with your logo). Should we have made an error on any garment re size, colour or garment product we will replace the item at our own cost, and offer you the option of keeping the item at a reduced price to the original quoted or return it with a credit to you account for the postage costs.

Except in logo applied garments,the product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable condition at our full retail website price. Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of your product/purchase.
